Returns & Refund Policy

1. Repair Warranty
All repairs carried out by Repair Corner are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of completion. If the same issue reoccurs within this period, we will repair it again free of charge. This warranty does not cover new faults, accidental damage, or water damage occurring after the repair.
2. Product Returns
If you purchase a product through our website and it arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery via WhatsApp, email or phone to arrange a return or replacement.
3. How to Request a Return
Contact us at info@repaircorner.co.uk or 07397 929386 with your order details and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
4. Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original PayPal payment method within 5–10 working days.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect on dispatch.
